Chetan (Chet) Rao is a scientist, investor, entrepreneur, mentor, inventor, and founder — a bridge between worlds of logic and light.

Educated at the University of Wisconsin, the University of Minnesota, and the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Chet has led and advised global organizations across healthcare and consumer innovation.

His work moves through science, technology, and human understanding, grounded in the belief that invention gains its worth only when it serves compassion.

Sarah lives between India and the United States but can often be found exploring somewhere new.

She graduated with honors from the University of California, Irvine, earning a B.A. in International Studies with a minor in Management.

Fluent in English and Spanish, and conversational in Korean, Mandarin, and Hindi, Sarah is a lifelong reader, artist, and story explorer—accompanied everywhere by her three kittens.

Deano is a life-long educator who teaches public speaking, debate, persuasion, and media criticism. His passion is bringing the voices of young people to life so that they can have their ideas heard and their perspectives valued.

Educated at Central College and the University of Central Missouri, Deano's study of communication has led him to deliver workshops, seminars, and keynotes on topics as varied as generational communication and technology in the workplace, interpersonal communication in our media-saturated society, and reconsidering political debates.

Deano believes that the key to bringing people together again is to find common ground and approach conversations with openness, compassion, and positive intention.
